We’re based in West Sussex, but supply businesses across the UK with next-day delivery available on many core items.

Labels

Yes! We offer bespoke labels in any size, shape, material, or adhesive. Whether you need freezer-grade, peelable, waterproof, or pre-printed labels, we’ll match your spec.

Yes, we’re happy to send free samples for testing on your printer or application.

We supply labels for all major printer brands including Zebra, GoDEX, TSC, Toshiba, SATO, and Citizen. If you’re unsure, we’ll recommend the right label size, roll spec and core.

Most stock labels are available in low volumes. For custom labels, MOQs vary depending on size, material and finish — but we’ll always try to accommodate your needs.

Yes — we offer pre-printed and part-printed label services for batch codes, branding, and full-colour designs.

Ribbons

Wax is for paper labels, wax-resin is for durability on paper or synthetics, and resin is for tough environments like chemicals or high heat. We’ll help you choose the right grade.

We supply flat-head and near-edge ribbons for all major brands. Our team can cross-match your model with the right core, length and ink formula.

Yes. We stock Inkanto (Armor), ITW, Zebra and Toshiba ribbons alongside our own high-quality own-brand grades.

Definitely. We stock high-speed near-edge wax-resin and resin ribbons for use with inline coders like Markem, ICE, Domino, and Videojet.

Yes. We supply ISEGA-certified and BS5609-compliant ribbons for food, pharma and industrial use.

Flexible Packaging

We supply digitally printed pouches (minimum order 500), laminated film on a reel, and plain or custom designs for food, wellness, supplements, petcare and more.

Yes. Send us your artwork and we’ll take care of the rest — or we can help with design setup if you need support.

Stand-up pouches, flat pouches, resealable zips, tear notches, and more — with matt, gloss, soft-touch or rough touch finishes.

Usually 2–3 weeks from artwork approval. Need it faster? We’ll always do our best to help.

Yes. We offer food-contact approved materials and options with recyclable, compostable or mono-material films.

Printers

We supply and support GoDEX, Zebra, Citizen, TSC & Printronix, Toshiba, SATO and others. We’re the UK’s No. 1 GoDEX Gold Partner.

Absolutely. We’ll match your label size, volume, and budget to the best option — whether it’s a desktop or industrial model.

Yes. We offer remote setup, driver installation, media calibration and more. On-site services are available for contracted clients.

From time to time — keep an eye out or get in touch to see what’s available.

We offer repair contracts, ad-hoc callouts, return-to-base servicing, and pre-paid support vouchers. Parts can often be sourced for legacy models too.

Ordering

Yes — credit accounts are available for approved customers. Get in touch to apply.

Yes. We’ll always quote you the best available rate based on quantity and frequency.

Yes. We store order history and specs, so repeat orders are quick and easy.

Delivery & Returns

Yes. Most stock items ship on a next-working-day service if ordered before cut-off of 13:00.

We’re focused on UK customers, but we can help with export orders internationally — just ask.

Technical Support

Yes — we provide telephone and remote desktop assistance for setup, troubleshooting, and driver issues.

We support BarTender, Loftware, GoLabel, EnLabel and others — including licensing, template setup and data linking.

Yes. Most issues can be resolved remotely or with simple adjustments. If not, we offer callouts or repairs

Trade & Bulk Orders

Yes — we work with resellers and can provide plain-packaged, unbranded goods.

Yes. We can supply unbranded spec sheets, contracts and guides on request.

Yes — many of our products (labels, ribbons, packaging) can be supplied with your logo or custom messaging.
